Visiting for the first time

Our welcome is warm and we always look forward to meeting new people. If you have only just moved to Denmark or if you have not been to Church for a while, or maybe never been to Church before, you may have a few questions in your head of what to expect.

Gone are the days when you have to wear your Sunday best for Church, just come in what you feel comfortable in. If you want to dress up, that is fine, some do but it is equally fine if you want to wear your favourite jeans and tee-shirt.

Check the times of the service before you turn up and ideally turn up about 10 minutes before the service to get in your seat and settle down before the service begins. The times of the services are on a different page of the site but as a general rule there will always be a service at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday.

Children are welcome and they can sit with you or attend Children’s Church upstairs when it is on. As you go into the Church you will see on the left near the door is an area with young children in mind. If you have very young children sitting there is great because there are toys to play with and if you feel you need to pop our for a bit of fresh air with them, you are close to the door.

Disabled Access

We have disabled access for wheelchairs to get into Church and we now have a suitable toilet.

An Intercultural Community

Oh and last but not least, some of you may have heard that this is the English Church, well we are not just here for English people. We are here for anyone who wishes to hear a Christian Service spoken in English. Yes we are part of the Church of England but we welcome Christians from all over the world.

If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact us before you visit.
