Services in Aarhus

The Anglican service of Holy Communion is celebrated every month in the beautiful Møllevangs Kirke in Aarhus. We normally meet at 16.00 on the 3rd Sunday of the month, with changes in the summer, and in December we celebrate the season with our carol service. Details and dates are in the calendar on this website.

The services are held in the Anglican (Episcopalian) tradition in English and are usually led by the Chaplain of St Alban’s Church or one of the curates of St Alban’s Church.

All are welcome to attend, whatever their religious tradition, and to stay for fellowship over tea and coffee and refreshments afterwards.

Møllevangs Kirke is an architectural gem in church architecture in Denmark. Consecrated in 1959 and designed by architect C.F. Møller, the church’s distinctive and inspirational interior is widely renowned for its artistic charm and devotional character. We are grateful to the priests and community at Møllevangs Kirke for the use of their building.
