Music is an important part of our ministry at St Alban's, both to our congregation and to visitors, and we have been affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music since it was founded. The Sunday morning Eucharist is led by choir and organ with enthusiastic participation from the congregation. We have recently started to use Common Praise and are enjoying adding some more contemporary songs to our repertoire.

On these pages you can find out more about the music in the church. Our choir is made up of volunteers and we are always happy to welcome new members. You can also read about our organ and tubular bells, both of which have been restored in recent years.

We also consider concerts to be an important part of our engagement with the wider community, and we regularly host both local and visiting musical groups. The concerts page will tell you about upcoming events as well as providing information for anyone who would like to perform in the church.

If you would like to contact us about anything to do with the music here at St Alban's then please email our Organist and Director of Music.
