Electoral Roll

Every six years, by canon law, every church in the Church of England must prepare a brand new electoral roll. Most recently this was done in Spring 2013 and now, in 2019 it has to be done again. Everyone, whether they are on the current Electoral Roll or not, must apply (or re-apply).

Our electoral roll is the official listing of our church family. If you wish to join, please apply for enrolment on the electoral roll as shown below.

The form below can be downloaded, printed and filled in. It can then be given to the Electoral Roll Officer (Pauleen Bang) in church or scanned and sent by e-mail to:
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Alternatively, there are electoral roll application forms available in church.

Due to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) there have been changes to the ER form (link to GDPR page). For more information see this link:

If you are not on the current Electoral Roll, this is your opportunity to stand and be counted in the St Alban's Church family. It takes just a couple of minutes to fill in and we would be delighted with an early response

Some important dates

17th March: A list of those on the new Electoral Roll (names only) will be on the notice board in the Narthex for two weeks

31st March: The new Electoral Roll will be 'frozen" that is to say nobody can join from this date until after the ACM

14th April: Annual Church Meeting (ACM). Only those on the new Electoral Roll are eligible to votes at the ACM
