“Easy Does It”Al-Anon Family Group
An English-speaking group, meets át St Alban´s on Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m.
Members of Al-Anon family groups are all kinds of people whose lives have been deeply affected by another person’s drinking. We help ourselves and each other by:
• offering comfort, hope and friendship to each other;
• providing us with the chance to recover from the effects of the family disease of alcoholism by sharing our experience with it and learning how the Al- Anon programme can help us and enable us to give understanding to the alcoholic;
• using the principle of anonymity to enable us to share openly with each other.
Members of the Easy Does It group speak English at our weekly meetings. Visitors and new members are very welcome. Further information is available by e-mail. Contact: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Join us in recovering and growing through the Al-Anon programme.
